SportVue Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your HockeyVue.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email support@sportvue.co within 40 days of original purchase for instructions on how to return HockeyVue for a full refund or exchange. Returns must be in original condition and any expedited shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are also the responsibility of the purchaser.

If your HockeyVue is broken or defective, please email us right away at support@sportvue.co so we can make it right.

Warranty and Breakage Protection

All HockeyVue units include a 3-month limited warranty and a 6-month Breakage Protection plan. For warranty or Breakage Protection support, please email us at support@sportvue.co.

Warranty Details: SportVue LLC warranties its SportVue products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 3 months from the original date of purchase, provided that the product is used in a non-game environment. No payment will be issued. This limited warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, accidental damage, or when repairs have been made or attempted by anyone other than SportVue LLC. No liability on this warranty shall be incurred in the respect to damage or loss occurring during transit to or from the purchaser. This warranty is personal to the original purchaser and is nontransferable. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Breakage Protection Details: If you break or damage your HockeyVue in any way within 6 months from the original date of purchase, SportVue will give you 50% of the price you paid towards a new HockeyVue device.
