SportVue Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your SportVue.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please emailsupport@sportvue.cowithin 30 days of original purchase for instructions on how to return SportVue for a full refund or exchange. Returns must be in original condition and any expedited shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are also the responsibility of the purchaser.

If your SportVue is broken or defective, please email us right away atsupport@sportvue.coso we can make it right.


All SportVue products include a 3-month limited warranty. If you break or damage your SportVue within 3 months from the original date of purchase, SportVue will give you 50% off the price towards the purchase of a new SportVue device.

Warranty Details: SportVue LLC warranties its SportVue products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 3 months from the original date of purchase, provided that the product is used in a non-game environment. This limited warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, accidental damage, or when repairs have been made or attempted by anyone other than SportVue LLC. No liability on this warranty shall be incurred in the respect to damage or loss occurring during transit to or from the purchaser. This warranty is personal to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
